Having never had chiropractic care before, I was a bit apprehensive about finding the right clinic to help with my chronic numbness and pain. After my first few sessions at The Dearing Clinic, I knew I was in the right place. I have now almost completed my initial treatment plan, and I cannot say enough good things about Jacob and Dr. Cramer. Not only have they helped me reach a much improved, far more comfortable state, but they also empowered me with simple, effective practices I can do at home to maintain my progress and prevent the numbness and pain from returning. I’m deeply grateful to them and the entire Dearing team for their compassion, attentiveness, and genuine commitment to my healing. I highly recommend The Dearing Clinic to anyone seeking relief and exceptional care.

The Dearing Clinic has been assisting me in dealing with severe chronic Lyme disease and autoimmune issues. I have made significant improvements in all my symptoms, especially my neurological symptoms that have been extremely debilitating. No matter what issue you might have, Dr. Dearing and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and will customize a tailored plan to help you with the wide variety of therapies they offer. I highly recommend the Dearing Clinic and I am very thankful for all of their professionalism, kindness, and care.

We loved going to The Dearing Clinic! My wife and I went to the Dearing Clinic throughout our seven years living in TN. If we needed a quick adjustment, routine maintenance, or some intense therapy Dr. Dearing and his team were always able to help us out.

Dr. Dearing saved me from a hobbled existence where I could barely hold my baby without excruciating pain. He is so gentle and kind and he was on my side working to find a solution since the day I met him. I felt like someone actually cared and was going to take care of me - and he did. My absolutely debilitating neck pain is gone and I have been able to resume living. So much so that I was able to get pregnant again and have our second child - something I couldn't even entertain after the first with my pain. He and his staff are lifesavers. I look forward to seeing them every time I go in for my 'maintenance' appointments - never thought I'd get there but his confidence throughout the process kept me going. Thank you so much, Dr. Dearing!

We can’t recommend the Dearing clinic enough. My 12-year-old son developed facial palsy, and after two months with no improvement, we were feeling hopeless. While back home for Christmas break, we had the opportunity to meet with Dr. Dearing and his incredible team. From the very first consultation, we felt an overwhelming sense of care, expertise, and dedication to truly helping our son heal.
Dr. Dearing put together an intensive and comprehensive plan tailored specifically for my son’s condition, incorporating chiropractic adjustments, acupuncture, ozone therapy, facial stimulation, and sessions in the hyperbaric oxygen chamber. The level of detail and thoughtfulness in their approach was remarkable.
Despite only having 6 appointments to work with them, the results were astonishing—my son regained about 50% of his facial movement! After two months of no progress elsewhere, this was nothing short of a miracle for our family.
Beyond the treatments, what truly sets the Dearing Clinic apart is the warmth, compassion, and genuine commitment of Dr. Dearing and his staff. They provided not just medical care, but hope and encouragement during a very difficult time.
