Restore Hyperwellness on Music Row is the place to be. They have everything to keep you in shape and looking good: red light / cryotherapy / HBO / pressotherapy / drips / facials / skincare / I'm probably leaving something out. Great people. Great therapies. You will definitely leave feeling "restored." Highly recommend.

Excellent experience at Restore Wellness Music Row! The staff was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable from start to finish. The facility is clean, welcoming, and they took the time to explain every service and answer all of my questions. I left feeling refreshed, energized, and well taken care of. Highly recommend to anyone looking to prioritize their health and wellness in Nashville!

The team was amazing! As a former Restore GM, I have very high standards, and the team at Music Row exceeded them by far. Everyone was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in town

I absolutely love Restore Hyper Wellness at Music Row. From the moment I walk in, the managers and entire staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They remember me by name, always ask how I’m doing, and genuinely care about my well-being. It never feels transactional. It feels personal.
The nurse who administers the IV is consistently great. Professional, knowledgeable, and makes the whole process smooth and comfortable every time. I trust her completely.
I also do the cryotherapy machine and red-light therapy weekly, and both are top notch. The equipment is clean, well-maintained, and the staff makes sure everything is set up perfectly before I start. It’s become a staple in my routine.
If you’re looking for a place that prioritizes both results and relationships, this is it. Highly recommend. -

Wow! The team here is sooooo amazing! I decided to do cryotherapy on a whim to recover before an aerial performance. I came in 45 minutes before they closed and they were so welcoming! Amber and Kristen were very friendly and helpful! I ended up signing up for the core 3 month membership and I’m loving it to so much! The first month is half off and you get unlimited core services so I am taking full advantage of the cryotherapy, red light and compression! I also appreciated that when I said I am not great with memberships Amber offered to put a note on my account to remind me when I’ve done my two months so I can give my 30 day notice if I need to end after my three months! Wonderful experience everytime I visit!
