Dr Wilkerson is amazing and very knowledgeable!! He was the 9th doctor I went to and he was the only one that knew what my problem was. I am thankful for him and his staff. The nurses are the sweetest and most caring that I have encountered in SC. Best doctors and staff !!!

We have been seeing Dr. Elizabeth Dixon for my wife’s medical needs, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the care we've received. She is extremely professional, attentive, and always takes the time to listen to our concerns. Dr. Dixon’s expertise in family medicine is evident, as she consistently provides thoughtful, clear advice and treatments. Her warm and compassionate approach makes every visit a comfortable experience. We trust her completely with our healthcare and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and experienced family physician. Special recognition also goes to Malia, one of the knowledgeable nurses who has been incredibly helpful throughout our visits. Dr. Dixon truly embodies the professionalism and care that the Titland Group is known for!

Dr. Wilkinson was fantastic and the only reason this place gets 3 Stars. The nurses are a different story. The nurses have a disgusting attitude and make sure you know that if you don’t like what they do you can go somewhere else. Even worse, the boss in charge of the nurses know they behave like this and seems to be just fine with them mouthing off. Be prepared if you have an issue with a nurse, there will be 4 of them in a room with you and you won’t be able to get a word out. Pay attention especially imparticular for the neglegent nurse in there that non stop talks and is easily distracted to avoid being injured by her. Perhaps working around wounds and machinery with no attention span like her, this might not be the job for someone like that. I’m sure they go home at night pretending they did a great job taking care of everybody 🤢 You know what they say, if you can’t do your job with a little respect maybe you should grab a broom and mop and stay away from others

The nurses and doctor was amazing! I was crying because I thought it was going to hurt really bad, I have a hole on top of my foot .The nurse cleaned it up a little bit, the doc came in pullex a scab and got all the infection out and I never felt a thing, now I'm being treated to heal it.. This is a wonderful place. They are great, gentle and friendly... I'll never be affraid again.. Thank you guys for a great experience!
