  • Amazing spa experience ! Would recommend Tammy for massages! The clearlight sauna has various options to address various conditions/concerns and has Bluetooth to connect for music and was a nice added touch. Loved that each private sauna room had a shower. The entire spa was clean, fresh, calming

  • The spa was absolutely amazing! The girls were all so lovely and made our bachelorette weekend so special. We did massages, the float tank, LED light therapy, and meditation, and every part of the experience was incredible. I highly, highly recommend Tammy, she was wonderful! We left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Thank you for such a perfect experience!

  • I recently had a 90 minute massage here. It was my first time going and it was absolutely incredible! Tammy was my massage therapist and she was really exceptional. She really took time to listen to me and Taylor the Massage to my specific needs. The whole place is very relaxing, peaceful, and beautiful.I came away from the experience feeling extremely relaxed. 10/10!

  • I started my Valentine’s spa day at Sôlt Wellness with a morning group yoga class, which was supposed to kick off a relaxing day of treatments. I had booked a group session, but when I arrived, I realized I was the only one in the class, so I asked if I could opt out, and they said that was fine. The front desk associate mentioned she had been planning to call to let me know there was no one else booked, and I couldn’t help but wish she actually had — it would’ve saved me an early trip and a long gap of time before my services.
My husband had surprised me with this spa day at Sôlt after we’d just relocated to Charleston, South Carolina, and after moving our life to a new state, I was exhausted and really craving a serene, restorative experience. Unfortunately, Sôlt Wellness wasn’t the kind of zen, dimly lit, cocoon-of-calm spa I had imagined. That doesn’t make it a bad spot — it simply caters to a different vibe. Looking back, I’d recommend calling ahead so you know exactly what to expect.
The main salt room was booked the entire day, so I was placed in a separate, office-like room with salt coming through a vent — and that was it. It did not feel like sitting in a Himalayan-style salt room with salt on the floor or glowing salt stone walls; it felt more like a basic room with a machine running. Because of the bright natural light and the overall setup, I just couldn’t drop in and relax the way I’d hoped.
Next up was red light therapy — 20 minutes standing between two panels in a bright room. I had expected to lie down, not stand, and after a few minutes I decided it wasn’t for me. Luckily, that service was refunded. I also tried the meditation pod, which was uncomfortable and hard to settle into; without proper support for my back and neck, I couldn’t stay in it long. A simple bolster or small pillow could really help. The artificial light inside the pod is also very bright and doesn’t dim or shut off, which made it even harder to relax.
Throughout the day, I found myself walking around barefoot on cold floors because I’d arrived in sneakers and they don’t provide slippers, so keep that in mind if you go. At one point, I mentioned my disappointment to the front desk attendant. She said, “I’m sorry you’re having that experience,” then turned to help someone who walked in behind me and never circled back, which felt dismissive.
On a positive note, the infrared sauna was a win — dark, peaceful, chill vibes, and it even has a shower. This space finally matched the spa atmosphere I had pictured, even though there’s no true spa relaxation room; instead, there’s a generic, high-traffic seating area within eyesight of the entrance and front desk, which isn’t ideal if you’re hoping to lounge in a robe and zone out between services.
The highlight of my visit was Tammy’s massage — it was absolutely next level. She’s talented, intuitive, and genuinely restorative. I would give them five stars on Tammy’s massage alone. I’m already going back for my second massage today with her and plan to write a separate review just for Tammy, because I truly can’t recommend her enough to people I meet around town.

  • Amazing experience! We did a massage w Tammy, a float experience and the salt room. Service and environment are impeccable. Can’t recommend Tammy enough.
