They were excellent until they fired their wound care staff and left me with a podiatrist to try to work through a foot ulcer. She seemed much more interested in pushing me to have surgery at another practice that she works at than actually giving me real healing instructions.

I have had AMAZING, positive results while I have been in the care of the nurses and my doctor there, Dr. Mollie I believe, for the last three weeks. In just three weeks of being in their care, I am healing very quickly, quite faster than they originally had thought. I am so very grateful for all of their efforts. Praise God for their knowledge and know how. They have taught me so much about my condition.

Dr. Molle and his crew are top-notch caregivers. My mother and I have nothing but great things to say about our experience there. She had a pretty nasty cut on her lower leg, and we would visit them a few times a week. They are super knowledgeable, gentle, and caring. And funny, too! Once they got a sense of our type of humor, we would laugh and joke all through our visits. We were sad to say goodbye to them but are very grateful and blessed to have known them. Highly recommend! 5 ⭐️

I had nurse Vern and the PA. They were excellent made me feel better and taken care of. They were gentle and had good bed side manner. My only complaint is Mike at the front desk. From the first call to every time I speak to him he is short and rude to both me and my husband. Mike told me to go ahead and come in when I called the office and said I would be late after just moving from a small town 15hours away. The traffic was terrible lots of constructionand google had directed me twice to get off earlier than i was supposed to. After driving in rush hour for and hour i finally arrive and get my paperwork. Then as I am filling out the paperwork told me to leave I was too late and needed to fill out the paperwork and couldn't get back in for two weeks. Then he repeatedly asked me am I mad in a taunting voice. My husband called and complained because of the severity of the wound and he is worried. When i went in for the new appointment and turn in my paperwork he said was it done neatly in a loud nasty voice. Doesn't answer the phone and in the office acted busy when I approached to make an appointment at the end of my appointment. Waited 15mins before I gave up. He could see my kids were there preschool age for the last two hours. He is your reason patients are choosing to go elsewhere.

What a fabulous medical experience! In my 76 years One of the two best office experiences ever! I spent almost 3 hours being evaluated, diagnosed and treated. Dr Molle and Nurse Jill are the BEST! If you are having problems with wound care look no further. Thanks HHMC, see you soon!
