I'm so grateful to have found Holistic Heart and my therapist, she has been a wonderful support and I feel very understood by her. That feeling when you found something really great and you want others to find it too? That's what made me write this review. If you're looking to feel more at peace with yourself, try starting here; it's certainly helped me!
