I am sad yet HAPPY I’m checking out today. Leaving the RI Hospiral Resort. Yes resort. I was treated with the upmost respect from entire staff. I was spoiled rotten. Greeted by every and all staff anytime I went to X-ray and ct. the nurses the CNA’s the housekeeping dietary transport. Everyone and everything was awesome. The shift switch was so extra through. Everyone introduced themselves as they came in my room. The surgery team geesh what can I say. AWESOME. Post care top notch. Lunch was cold. Called dietary fixed it immediately. The nurses. Words will never be enough. The care the love they put in is priceless. CNA’s always above and beyond. I only have so many positive things to say about how much ri hospital has improved over the years. I can honestly say I feel like I’m leaving my family in another country. I will be back with thank you cards . Because everyone should be told his awesome they are and the great job they do. With tears I roll out to ride. Letting everyone and anyone know. They ARE IN GOID AWESOME GANDS. And I thank everyone for the help and support

My mother was brought here from the nursing home and is going to be admitted. We have been in this miserable place for 16 hours and are still waiting for a bed. The nurses and the doctor we saw were great, but RIH you need to do better with your waiting times. 16 hours and counting is ridiculous.

if I could have left zero Stars I would have! I had absolutely the worst experience of my life in this hospital I was screaming help for 8 hours straight and nobody did anything for me they just left me in a hospital bed in a hallway with other people who were in really bad shape who the nurses were treating just as bad as me! I would literally rather die than go to this hospital again. I'm not exaggerating

Currently here visiting my dad and Lisa T the housekeeping Aide has been extremely helpful and sweet. In the waiting room she talked and made sure that we were ok. Her compassion was needed in this moment,
