I absolutely love this location!! Great vibes, was going to the one in Plymouth meeting originally but certain workers at the desk had kinda negative and odd vibes. At this one they’re so much more kind and laid back

Amazing experience! The employee that helped was very warm and welcoming and made the process simple and enjoyable. Explained everything clearly and concisely. I loved how they let you listen to spotify while you were in the cryo chamber as well as the red light sauna and regular sauna. You got to be alone for all of it which made it nice and private and relaxing. I loved how they let us hook up to the speaker that we could play while in the sauna as well as change the color ambiance of the sauna. They also offered me to shower there. They booked me same day 2hrs prior to my appointment. 10/10 great experience! Not pushy about trying other offerings or booking any consultation for a facial. They had a great deal going too. EDIT: I ended up going back for a facial and LOVED IT! Was my first facial and the esthetician was so friendly and personable. People were commenting how my skin was glowing for DAYS!!

I’ve been coming here for well over a year and tried many of their services. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I developed some blood clots in my arm from my last IV, so I decided to cancel my subscription. I was told they require 30 days notice and and will be billed for next month as well. They did let me keep my credits, which were probably worth more than the single month, but useless to me since I don’t plan on using them.
