    I had a really great experience here! It was my first time seeing them and every member of the team that I saw from the reception area (Violet) and ( (Heather) down to Nurse Becky (awesome), and of course Dr. Ross whom was amazingly knowledgeable and super calming. They, together, had a wonderful bedside manner and answered all of my questions and concerns to my satisfaction. I would 200% recommend going to this office! Thank you ladies! 🩷🤗

    Update: I saw Sue today, a different nurse and she was amazing! Much respect to her for being in her field do as long as she has. Bless her heart!

    I can't say enough great things about the wound care center. Every doctor and nurse have been wonderful and caring to me. Violet at reception is an absolute sweetheart. I am so glad I chose to go there instead of the hospital where parking is a nightmare. Just fabulous care there!

    Dr. Ross and her staff are a very caring group of people. Make you feel very at ease and explain everything that they're doing. I highly recommend this office if you have a need. Thankful for everything they did for me, and as much as I liked them, I hope i never have to see them again.

    Dr . Ross and staff are amazing. They took care of my dads foot wound and were ALWAYS very professional and personal. They made my dad feel very comfortable while they treated his wound. I cant thank her/them enough for taking such good care of him and doing what was best to get him healed.

    The best care and service! The entire staff is patient and kind.
    I was truly concerned about my wounds healing because my health wasn’t the best. They gave me excellent care and education.A very knowledgeable staff, no guess work here.
    You don’t see that type of care and compassion in the “business”of healthcare anymore. I’m glad to see people who truly care about people.
