Nothing bad to say! Had both of my children there. My oldest was born 23.6wks and the nurse (wish I could share names) worked their butts off to save son…. Next month I get to celebrate his 9th Birthday! Had my youngest son there 34wks (very healthy kid) and also his journey was light work THOSE nurses (7yrs later) loved cared for my son. I am forever grateful for them ladies!

Amazing Hospital! The Penn Medicine ER Staff, Neurology team, and the incredible nurses, as well as outpatient care from Dr. Eric Lancaster, provided world-class, life-saving care for my mother across a total 11-day inpatient stay. After a local hospital in a neighboring state completely missed her diagnosis and ignored her focal seizures for 24 days, we went to Penn desperate for answers. The neurology team at Penn ran the right advanced scans immediately, uncovering her rare diagnosis of Anti-LGI1 Autoimmune Encephalitis and initiating her first intensive immunotherapies. They deployed targeted treatments and acted with incredible, high-speed precision when she experienced an emergency breakthrough seizure cluster a few days later, instantly quieting her brain in the ER. Because of Penn's unmatched expertise and dedicated nursing care, my mother has been 100% seizure-free since July 16th and her brain is beautifully healing. They are brilliant, compassionate, and master-class watchdogs for their patients. I cannot thank them enough.
EDIT: I also want to say, it meant the world to me that the hospital was so accommodating. They provided private patient rooms that allowed me to stay overnight night after night to stay by her side through the entire fight—complete with a beautiful view of the Philadelphia city skyline. This was an incredible blessing, especially because I did not live local and flew across the country to be there for her. -

I have chronic health issues. And acute issues that are life threatening. Not only was this the first time I was ever listened to and treated it was the most amazing experience I have had ever in 10 years of dealing with this at least. The entire staff was amazing. I was in founders 12 from the er. From check in to triage was quick I was immediately seen by the kindest team ever. From there I was sent to founders 12. My only complaint was construction everyday at 6 am until 330 hammer drilling and yelling nonstop but that isn't the hospital's fault. Now the most important part of this book of a review. Founders 12 has the most amazing team on the entire planet. Everyone was kind everyone listened everyone cared deeply and everyone was and is doing everything in their power to help save my life. I'm going to forget people and it's because I'm bad with names. But my doctors that I remember sdr macbryer Dr Chavez Dr Jamie the mental health team throughout the stay nutrition my nurses all of them but makai jonas mark amazing amazing go above and beyond in every way especially makai, the entire medical student team, but natasa was extraordinary she's going to be an amazing doctor. The food staff was really nice. My cleaning lady miss e was so awesome. I mean it everyone. I can't list because it was over 60 people on my team. I can't say how much I appreciate and love this entire hospital staff. My anesthesiologist and the or team were also amazing. I'm sure I'm forgetting. No complaints. Other than construction again. Thank you thank you thank you so so much to everyone.

This is the worst hospital for a high risk pregnant patient. I was transferred here from Bryn Mawr because I was told this was the best hospital, but let me just say that couldn’t be far from the truth. The doctors, attendings, residents or otherwise have no idea what’s going on from one person to the next. The MFMs and their IDK is unacceptable to me!! They just have zero clue and that’s scary for a high risk patient. I could care less what kind of surgery staff they have I wouldn’t trust them with my c-section. The wait times for nurses horrible, you have to ask several times for information and then you feel like a burden for asking. Take your insurance money elsewhere especially if you are delivering a baby or are high risk.
