I tried a whole body cryotherapy session for the first time and it was so cool! Literally. So excited to see what other services I can come back for. Alyssa was so nice showing me around and answering my questions as a newbie to Restore HW!

The store was closed during its posted business hours. At the same time, the company implemented a policy placing effective dates on member sessions included with the subscription, while making it impossible to access the facility and use the sessions that are OWED. This effectively prevents members from redeeming PAID services. This practice appears deceptive and raises serious concerns. As a result, I have reported the matter to my financial institution to dispute the charge and have also submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. The overall experience has been extremely disappointing.

I'm from Seattle here on a work assignment wasn't feeling good. They got me in the same day Ivy therapy and gave me a great price for the next one. Staff was extremely kind informative and the process was smooth and easy. I would highly recommend going

Used to be a great place a few years ago but they went downhill with the management. They used to honor membership credits, now there’s a time limitation on for how long the credits are valid on an account. Tightened up the time slot and became very anal about a few minutes of discrepancies if a customer is late. The management is flat out unpleasant.

ATTENTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This studio is permanently closed as of January 8th 2026. They are not sending out an email informing clients. If you arrive to the studio, the doors will be locked. There's no signage posted! The staff was let go with no notice. If you recently bought a package or a membership, tried to contact the restore corporate studios! The owners are terribly unprofessional!
