Dr Le is the best in the business. She is popularly recommended by many health care professionals, and for good reason. The staff is stellar in that they are all caring, professional, and courteous. I've been a patient for just over 2 years now and almost consider them like family at this point. Thank you all. You're the best part of having to heal from a wound 😂

I needed to be seen after two small wounds that developed after surgery. I contacted you through your website and chatted with your AI assistant who collected my information. I then received a text letting me know that I would have an appointment scheduled soon. That was 12/4. On 12/15 I called and requested an appointment. I was told that all new patients required a referral. That is not what your website says. It didn’t tell me that when I said I was a new patient. It collected my information on 12/4 and confirmed with a text. I did it again today (12/15) to confirm. I got transferred to Dr Le to express my dissatisfaction that a need for a referral was never explained on the website nor did anyone call to explain that even after I received a text. She claimed that she had no idea that they offered that on their website and had never heard for potential patients being texted. On 12/15 I submitted again through their website and again got the text confirmation. I can’t review them on actual patient care because I won’t get that far. I called another wound clinic who did not require a referral and scheduled me for an appointment next week. Front office staff ranked less than 1 star if I could. On top of poor website integration to your system, the office staff was flippant about the whole thing.

Thank you to the the Tulsa Wound Center team for taking care of me! I participated in 55 sessions over four months. The morning crew of Barbara, James, Whitney and Mai were all caring, fun and supportive. I greatly appreciate all of their efforts!
Thanks again! -

It took them 2 weeks after my Dr put in the referral to call. They called me a week later left a message I called back and haven’t heard from them since. Don’t know if they know how to answer their answering machine to get messages or what. Not happy. 🤬😡🤬😡They don’t deserve a star!

I received one voicemail not two. I’ve called you twice and you don’t answer your phone? -
I had a very bad experience will not return. I had to go to emergency room to have my foot cast cut off I was advised not to return due to how bad the foot cast was placed on my foot so I am going to another wound care center now. It took a month for my shin to heel from the cut the cast caused to my shin even though I asked the girl to put more padding on. She was rude and mad she had to put a cast on that early in the morning complaining she was going to be dirty all day her twin sister was even trying to help her but it still turned out bad for me.
