The recovery zone is an amazing part to Resilience training. Love doing weekly ice baths and using the red light therapy unit. The vibe is always very peaceful and calming.

This facility is really awesome! Between being able to use the ice baths, the red light therapy, hyperbaric chamber, and the compression equipment there is everything I could want for my physical recovery! The people there are also really knowledgeable of their equipment and are dedicated to helping you seek recovery!
