  • One of the worse places ever. As a family member of someone who was seen there for over a yr and half they referred my mom to dynamic wound care and messed up the referral and since they said they didn’t need to see her after all although she still needed a provider but they didn’t put that in the referral so the referral was not valid. Left my mom in a lot of pain because dynamic wound care couldn’t treat her until they got a referral from her pcp since this place messed up her referral and put her in the hospital and without proper supplies to cover her wound for the weekend. Called them and explained the situation and asked them since they messed up her referral if they could atleast do a nurse visit and wrap up her leg til a provider from dynamic wound care could get out here and they said nope deal with it. They are rude and crude. Dr lynch doesn’t know anything about wounds and each time he did a culture he stuck a sharp tool in the wound and dug at it and then scraped it til there was blood flowing out everywhere and then the other provider there when she saw my mom she said oh Tjis need to be clean grabbed only dry gauze and was really rough and hard on her wound leaving my mom in pain. And tears: I’m not a nurse but I have a brain enough to know if you need to clean a wound you put saline on gauze pads before you clean a wound not just dry gauze. I am telling you now please stay far far away if you value your life. Should I add when she went to the hospital because she has an infection they said her worse mistake was to ever come here because st joh wound care doesn’t know what they are doing to begin with. Worse place in the United States of America!!!!

  • Very, very nice people. You couldn't ask for better helpers.

  • My leg was severely infected. I needed supplies for my wound they told me mo. No stores sales the supplies I need. After Being a patient there for a while . What a horrible place

  • Jackie, Natalie and Ruth are top-notch medical professionals who truly cares about their patients. The entire staff are amazing from the time you walk in the door until you leave.

  • I went to them about 4 years ago. Dr. Bell took care of me and did an excellent job! It took about 3 months to get me all healed up. I recently had to go back as I have some “angry” looking legs. Everyone is doing a awesome job to help get me healed up. I saw Dr. Le on my first visit, she was so sweet and made me feel at ease. Today I saw another doctor, I don’t remember his name, but he was so kind! I highly recommend this business and their doctors and nurses. The girls at the reception desk are always so kind. I wish I could give more stars! They certainly deserve more!
