  I had my initial consultation today at Carolina Healthspan Institute, and the experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment I checked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly friendly, which immediately put me at ease.
  
  The doctor took her time, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made sure I felt informed and comfortable about the next steps. I never felt rushed. It was clear she truly cared about my understanding and well-being.   I highly recommend Dr. Russo and her staff. I have been a patient here for six months now and love this place. If you are considering peptides, TRT, anti-aging therapies, vitamins or treatment comparable, this clinic should definitely be considered.

  I really, really like this practice. Lauren, the PA, is wonderful and patient. Also have seen Dr. Crowder who is also inquisitive and responsive. Office support is quick and efficient. Have been going here for more than 5 years for hormone replacement.
