    ***DOCTORS VISIT UPDATE*** my high blood pressure dropped by 30% 😀

    I’m using the hyperbaric chamber to combat my early signs of memory loss and DEMENTIA. The large concentrated exposure to pure oxygen is doing wonders after only a couple usages.

    I traveled a lot this year and have put on a lot of weight. The cold plunge tubs have helped a lot with burning up my brown fat and giving me extra calories for my daily food intake. Great for WEIGHT LOSS.

    Lastly, I used to own the Swim School next-door in my skin is a wreck from being in the pool for hours a day. The light therapy has done wonders for my skin inflammation.

    The staff of Greg, Nicole and Lucius are great. I’m so happy that I found ARC.

    I highly recommend the Athletic Recovery Center for anyone serious about recovery! My favorite recovery modalities are definitely the NormaTec boots and the infrared sauna. The NormaTec compression system really helps cut down my recovery time. The infrared sauna is also fantastic for muscle recovery and relaxation. I always leave feeling refreshed and ready to get back to training!

    I am a loyal follower of biohacker Gary Brecka. Gary talks a lot about the benefits of cold plunging, saunas and red light therapy. I had never done cold plunging or red light therapy so I was excited to find a place that offers these services for a fraction of what others in the area charge.

    The equipment they have is top of the line and enjoyable to use. So you really feel like you are getting the max benefit of each piece of equipment. Greg, the owner, and Nicole, the General Manager, are very friendly and excited about the equipment and services they offer. I recommend anyone who is interested in the benefits of this equipment try them out. You have nothing to lose since your first session is free.

    The facility is located in Bucked Up Fitness, off to the left of the front desk. It's a hidden sanctuary for fitness enthusiasts seeking that extra TLC for recovery! The pricing is by far the most affordable I've found in the area, and the staff couldn't have been more welcoming. It was my first time trying the cold tub, and Nicole's warmth and reassurance made the experience so much easier. I can't wait to come back and explore the red light therapy next!

    Did my first visit, tried out the Normatech boots, Infared Sauna, Cold Plunge all in that order! Real gem in the heart of Cary, glad I found ARC Cary when I did. I recover session to session at a pace I’ve never seen. The staff is knowledgeable and welcoming, and the facility is top-notch, with all the tools needed for serious recovery.
