Most people that work here are great. This review is based on a recent experience where I sought treatment (I need surgery) and was completely ignored by an individual named "Monique". I guess the reason is I was discharged from their practice for some unknown reason 8 years ago, even though I was seen for another issue here just 2 months ago. I've never had treatment refused like this. I ended up going somewhere else for surgery.

I visited this hospital in January of 2026, paid $50 upfront, ran my insurance and they said rest is covered. I was told Doctor would see me but a physician assistant with an attitude size of Texas came and spent barely 10 minutes. He told me doctor was gone for the day and he himself can't do much. I keep receiving bills for this 10-minute visit with a non-doctor for which they had already charged $50 upfront and $265 to my insurance. This is just preposterous stay as far away as you can from this establishment.

This is in addition to the Elliot hospital review-
I recently became a patient of Dr.Summers foot & ankle surgeon out of Elliot hospital.
This was my first time using Elliot on the Rivers Edge facility conveniently found on Queen City Ave in Manchester.
The building is easily seen and has a front door drop off if needed along with plenty of parking, and entering and exiting is safe.
Dr. Summers has excellent staff, and I was given an appointment in a very timely manner. Wait time in the waiting room is minimal, and the waiting room is very clean, large, sunny, has plenty of seats and with a bathroom.
The exam rooms are very clean, and I found Dr. Summers to be professional, friendly, attentive to my situation, and addressed all my questions and concerns prior to surgery.
Dr.Smola works with Dr. Summers and she is just as amazing to interact with.
I have had two post op visits with
Dr. Smola and so far and I am always impressed with the efficiency, attentiveness, and the time she takes to address all questions and concerns. Everyone I have dealt with from check in to the assistants in the exam room- to check out have been great!
This Orthopedic office has it together- it even has an X-ray room connected to the office to reduce running around.
I highly recommend Dr. Summers at Elliot Rivers Edge facility! -

Love the Doctors and The Elliot. Absolutely hate the parking for handicap! Not enough!!! Need to make all the 1st level handicap and move the valet parking. Those young kids can spare to walk a little.

I checked in on urgent care at 9:00 AM today November 6th 2025. They put me and my son that is sick in a room. The nurse came for vital signs after that we are here more than 90 minutes waiting and no Doctor shows up. On the medical station is like having a party. They are laughing, talking loud and on phone. This is a total disrespect with the patient. We are not here for funny, if we are here is because we look for help and pay for that, but do not receive the treatment we deserve. I talked to them they even look my face and told me the doctor will come soon, and is 40 minutes past and nothing. I hate this place and so sad to have to come here.
