First visit, I was very impressed with the thorough exam and review of my imaging with Dr. Goodwin. Then, when I began treatment sessions, the staff were above and beyond accommodating, caring and quickly became like friends. They show so much kindness and attention to patients (and patient companions). Communication about visits, treatment plans or billing was always quick and easy. Thank you Dr. Goodwin and your staff that I saw the most, Shannon, Jen, Evelyn and Kim, you all are amazing and make a great team!! Me and my littlest will be visiting again soon!

I've been going to this clinic for 3 years. Jenn P has helped me every step of the way. Whenever I need a document or a schedule change I literally reach out to her whether by calling the office or sending an email. She always responds promptly and helps me with whatever I need. My care here has been such a delight because of her. Dr Goodwin is an amazing doctor and I love him as well but she really does such an amazing job at what she does and shes always a delight when I come in to the office.

I was so excited to get stem cell here. The doctors were very nice but it didn't work after all that . It was painful, cost me $7000- and delayed the hip replacements I needed. I should have known by the reaction from the Dr when he looked at my MRI. Yet they did it anyway. Was it for the $7000- or they just can't tell you when it's time for hip replacements . Life is hard enough as it is . What a terrible let down . 😥.
You can look it up in 2019 I believe because i had hip replaces in 2020. Look back more ! -

I had an incredible experience with Dr. Goodwin and his team. He truly takes the time to get to know you and your concerns, diving into every detail to provide the best care possible. I really appreciated how thorough and attentive he was throughout the process. The office vibes are warm and welcoming, and the manager/ head nurse, Jen, is absolutely outstanding—so kind, knowledgeable, and professional. They made me feel completely at ease. On top of that, the team is punctual and respectful of my time, which I really value. I highly recommend Dr. Goodwin and his amazing staff!
