    Dr. Dugas is one of the kindest and most sincere providers I have worked with. Most importantly, she has extensive medical knowledge and a very individualized approach to care.

    In my case, she helped me address gut issues that were affecting my mood, brain fog, and overall well-being. She recommended thoughtful testing, including a food sensitivity test, and helped create a plan that fit my lifestyle and felt realistic to implement.

    My mood and gut symptoms have improved significantly. While making lifestyle changes and building better habits was a big part of that progress, Dr. Dugas gave me the guidance, tools, and support to make those changes feel attainable. She also impressively created a treatment plan for myself for an upcoming medical procedure several months down the road to assist with recovery (preventative medicine- yes please!).

    She created a space where I felt comfortable bringing up concerns that I may not have discussed elsewhere or worried would not be taken seriously. She truly listens, empowers her patients, and shares in your joy and progress, which speaks to how deeply she cares.

    Whether you have more complex concerns or simply know you could feel better and want support alongside conventional medicine, I highly recommend Dr. Dugas!

    Highly recommend Dr. Dugas! She is knowledgeable, patient, and caring. She takes time with you to understand how you are doing and helps you understand what you need. As she helps you, she also educates you along the way!
