In a day where motives always need to be evaluated due to the lack of honor and integrity from many positions of power, especially the medical world, Dr McDonnell is wonderful anomaly. Like a good problem solver, he prioritizes pinpointing the cause over treating (and retreating) the symptoms. For me specifically, I walked in with somewhat of an understanding my problem. Within minutes with Dr McDonnell, my root cause was found and corrected. Now I’m actively receiving treatments for the healing process. Not a bandaid on a bullet hole, but real healing. I am truly grateful to have found Dr. McDonnell, because we have little choice but to trust the person charged with helping us heal. He’s the first doctor in my life I will continue to see consistently. The girls in the office are kind, caring, and professional. And for the people who walk through the door, most of whom are there because they aren’t “feeling” well, are met with joyful spirits. I am thankful for the culture created and maintained at Chestnut Wellness, and for the tangible impact Dr McDonnell has had on my quality of life. Would, will, and have recommended this practice to everyone in need of actual healing. Thank you all!

Only good things from this place! All of the staff are great! I started going here because of prolonged pain I had from multiple sports, and it's only been getting better. Visits are pretty quick for me and they make sure everything is laid out and easy to understand. Not to mention Dr. McDonnell is practically a walking encyclopedia, the first time I met him he had a quick diagnosis and what needed to be done already planned. If you have any issues, know that it can't hurt to check it out!

Dr McDonnell and his team are absolutely amazing! Being at their office is so relaxing it’s almost like a spa. I spoke with Dr McDonnell and told him I couldn’t really think of anything that has been hurting with my back, outside of soreness from working out. When he examined me, he found issues I forgot I had! He’s extremely professional and very intelligent. I highly recommend this office for any chiropractic care.
