    I love it here!! I came to accelerate my healing after knee surgery.

    Chris is phenomenal!! Very nice, personalable and he knows his stuff!! The environment is welcoming, comfortable and RELAXING! So far I've tried COLD PLUNGE, Infared Sauna, Dry Sauna, Red Light Therapy and Compression Boots. Believe it or not there's still MORE!
    My personal record is 7 minutes in the COLD PLUNGE!

    This place is amazing. If you are considering it, just go do a session and you will be convinced based on how you feel. The sauna helps your body feel relaxed and recovered. It helps my sleep quality as well. The cold plunge will boost your dopamine for the rest of the day. Going an hour without my phone and just relaxing in a peaceful and safe environment knowing that I’m taking care of my mind and body is better than medicine. Chris is awesome. Just give him a call and get set up. This is your sign!

    I can’t say enough good things about my experience here. Chris Valentine went above and beyond by giving me a trial visit where I got to experience the saunas, cold plunge, and more.

    I had never done a cold plunge before and was honestly very nervous—but Chris stayed right there encouraging me through it, and I ended up doing something I didn’t think I could. That moment meant more than I can explain. I was having a really tough day, and this experience truly helped shift my mindset.

    This place offers so many amazing services—hyperbaric chamber, float pod, compression therapy, massage, red light therapy—and you can tell it’s all designed with intention and care. I will absolutely be back.

    I had an amazing experience with Chris at Recovery Wellness in Jackson. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel comfortable, welcomed, and taken care of. His knowledge and professionalism really stand out — he took the time to explain everything and made sure I understood the process.

    You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people feel better and recover the right way. After my session, I felt a noticeable difference in my body — more relaxed, refreshed, and recharged.

    If you’re looking for someone who knows what they’re doing and actually puts their clients first, I highly recommend Chris at Recovery Wellness. I’ll definitely be back!

    This is the best deal in Jackson for sauna, cold plunge and other self-care treatments. importantly, the charge for membership and use of all facilities is a fraction of the charge in other places. The owner, Chris, is a fantastic individual who really cares about health and his customers. The masseuse, Cara, is absolutely world class.
