    Absolutely love Restore Hyper Wellness in Birmingham! I recently did infrared sauna therapy and a vitamin shot, and the experience was amazing from start to finish. The staff was knowledgeable, professional, and made the whole wellness recovery process feel personalized.

    The infrared therapy helped me relax, reduce stress, and feel recharged, while the vitamin injection gave me a noticeable energy boost.     The word amazing doesn’t begin to describe this place both the facility and the staff. I went in just for the Cryo and got the Cryo hyperbaric and other treatment treatments. I feel so much better. They have so many different plans that make it excellent for selecting your right amount of visits and treatments. I had Samantha as my caregiver and she was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant professional.

    She really didn’t try to sell me anything she let the Excellent facility and the treatments and the different plans do all that for her.

    My first visit here exceeded every expectation. From the warm welcome to how thoroughly everything was explained, the experience felt thoughtful and elevated from start to finish. I did the NR IV therapy and already know I’ll be back to try another drip and the oxygen chamber. Truly such a great experience—thank you to the entire team.
