Dr. G, Andrea, and Evan were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were not only highly professional but also made me feel comfortable and supported throughout my treatment. I was being treated for radiation cystitis, which had significantly affected my quality of life. After undergoing hyperbaric oxygen therapy, my symptoms improved dramatically, and I truly feel like I'm back to normal again. I cannot recommend hyperbaric oxygen therapy and this specific facility enough! HBOT helped my bones and microvascular tissue heal from being completely crushed by a vehicle. I would’ve needed a full thickness skin graft if it weren’t for daily HBOT sessions getting oxygen to my wounds to support and expedite healing. Beyond the therapy itself, the team that received me straight out of surgery was the most kind, compassionate, professional, and caring individuals imaginable. They treated me like family and HealOx became a safe and loving environment for me in which my body could rest and heal. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and healing needs were met, even if it meant opening the practice over the weekend to accommodate my doctor’s preferred therapy schedule for me. If you or anyone you know is considering HBOT, I give you my word this is absolutely the facility to go to - just do it. You’ll be grateful you did!

The staff at HealOx Health are super friendly and welcoming. My dad was going there and had finished his treatment with them. When he had to go back for treatment again, they welcomed him with open arms. I go with him sometimes and the staff always take time to make me feel comfortable. They treat my dad and I like family. Dr G and all the New Baltimore staff are helpful and caring. They have helped me in my recovery from open heart surgery. This is not covered by insurance, but the treatment is worth every penny. I had my surgery in November of last year and went to another treatment facility in the area. The treatment at the New Baltimore location is far better, all the staff are professional and take care of you like family. I would recommend anyone who has had major or even minor surgery to get Hyperbaric oxygen therapy. My recovery is quicker than my heart DR expected. Dr G has helped me all the way through the treatment I am doing great thanks to her team.
