I owe the increase in recovery from long Lyme disease and mold poisoning to the hyperbaric oxygen treatments I've received with Timothy Shaw. I spent years sick before beginning work with Tim. The positive impact of HBOT on my symptoms was immediate and enduring. My systemic inflammation levels are lower, my psychological state is far better (less depressed and anxious; more hopeful for recovery), I can finally breath through my nose again, and the other, supplemental therapies I've been taking have had greater traction. The overall impact on my recovery is HUGE. Tim is the ultimate professional, super educated and able to share that knowledge, and most importantly, KIND. He tailors each session (the amount of oxygen and pressure) to where I am that day; it's not just "set it and forget it" like at large clinics. It's also important to note that my (sick for years) body cannot tolerate the higher pressures offered by hard-shell HBOT centers. The sweet-spot for me is in the soft-shell. It's easy to schedule appointments and Tim's always on time. I especially appreciate the added infrared light therapy that he offers. I drive from Maine to Weston, MA just to continue working with Tim. If you've been sick for months or years and are struggling to make headway, book yourself an appointment with Tim today. Tim's exceptional professionalism and expertise left an indelible impression on me, and I wholeheartedly endorse HBOT to individuals in the Boston area who have tried all other avenues and seek an alternative. My life has been transformed thanks to hyperbaric oxygen treatments, and I am immensely grateful to have discovered Boston HBOT when I did.
