MVS Woundcare & Hyperbarics – Towson

Good experience. From the front desk to the staff. With my mother coming from a nursing home setting, they processed her paperwork in a timely manner, scheduled her appointment quick and accommodated her (she was coming by stretcher). The staff got her in quick and Dr. Franklin didn't waste no time coming to see her and examining her. He was thorough but move fast because he was concerned because my mother is a vent patient so he didn't want her waiting. He discussed her wound and the treatment plan.

I had a great experience in the wound care office of Dr Franklin and staff in Rosedale. I had experienced an injury and surgery and a large open area to heal. With the use of wound vac this was achieved. I’m grateful and so glad to have worked with them to achieve the resulted healed open wound. Thank you Dr Franklin and staff.

Dr. Franklin is amazing! He is genuine and caring. He takes time to explain things to his patients and really wants what is best for us! I would highly recommend him and his team

They are not too good at all. The front desk lady .the African American girl was really rude to me. They don't clean your wounds before wrapping your wounds . They only use a paper towel to wipe it. The doctor is really good though. I would never return back there.

At first I was apprehensive because it was a new place, with new people & new wound doctor. Also, the location in Cockeysville. I didn't know how I would get there because I live in the city & I have no transportation. But this office offers a rideshare company through Lyft that a 2-way is free! I never had that from any of my doctors' offices! The staff is nice & the doctor made me feel comfortable.
