New England Hyperbaric Oxygen

My experience at New England Hyperbaric has been nothing short of amazing and truly life changing. The staff both downstairs and upstairs are kind, dedicated and professional clinicians who clearly care about bettering their patient’s lives. In October, I was struggling with a variety of mental health issues and came in for Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and it absolutely changed my life. My intake and initial evaluation was intentional, no BS and easy to understand and my treatment sessions were relaxing and enjoyable. If you are struggling with ANYTHING - could be mental, physical or emotional, I strongly recommend heading down to New England Hyperbarics for a consult. It is a new and exciting form of medicine that the staff is fully invested in and constantly expanding their knowledge and scope with patients in mind. The team at NEH is committed to excellent medical care and successful patient outcomes. These people know what they’re doing. My neurovascular problem is being seriously researched, but there is no treatment yet available from traditional medicine. Dr. MacArthur and his therapy team have developed protocols which are giving me my life back. The office is beautifully managed. They stay on time and every person, from the first interaction with the reception team to the very end of every treatment is friendly, supportive, and professional.

As a new patient, I was very pleased how the ladies greeted me upon arrival. Brandi did my intake. She was kind, listened to my story, asked me questions about my health. She was always attentive to my needs. Michelle was just as super when I set up my future appointments. I have not yet had a session. I’m looking forward to this new experience. This place is great and Kate is fabulous! I've been receiving treatment for a while due to post concussion/covid symptoms. Kate does everything she can to make sure you are comfortable. She's also implemented new procedures ensuring a safe and positive experience. The entire staff, beginning with the front desk, is warm, friendly and professional.
