The Restore Hyper Wellness facility in Mandeville, LA is not getting enough credit lately for all the good things going on...two of the regular nurses, Kelly and Jeryn, are exceedingly dependable in getting your IV started on a timely basis. They're also a great help when trying to figure out the correct IV therapy for whatever "ails" you.
They recently added Sara and she has effortlessly followed the path established by Kelly and Jeryn from the very start. All of this is a great reflection of Ashley's management expertise. Even though I travel a lot, I took advantage of a membership so I can be disciplined about ongoing wellness even with a busy travel schedule. Keep up the great work! -

Kate was a wonderful esthetician and the calming dark room with comfortable bedding was so relaxing! She gave me help with good skin care advice, and explained other services I had questions about. I loved the packet pricing on facials! The manager and front desk women were so nice and friendly! Highly recommend!

The staff are over the top professional and friendly. They immediately make you feel comfortable. The Whole Body Cryo was exhilarating. I can’t wait to go back!!

This location is running what feels like a scam. I received a gift card as a Mother’s Day gift, but when I tried to use it, I was told it was no longer valid because it had been purchased over a year earlier. At the time it was purchased, my boyfriend was never informed that the gift card would expire after one year.
The manager, Ashley Alvarez-Yates, was not helpful and made no effort to explain the policy or offer a solution. The entire experience was frustrating and disappointing.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location. If you’re looking for IV therapy, I recommend Flo and Glo in Covington. They are professional, courteous, and provide excellent customer service. -

Everybody was very nice for my whole visit. The nurse did a good job doing my IV she did not blow a vein in my arm. That was a plus for me because every time I get an IV they blow a vein in my arm. The service was great hands down and I will be back in two weeks.
