I have had a great experience at MetaGlow. Dr. Kruger uses innovative techniques, beyond the usual treatments you find at other medispas (although she offers those too). I discovered platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) treatments because of her and those are truly a game changer with multiple applications (face, under eyes, hair growth!). Dr. Kruger treats every patient personally and takes the time to go over what your goals are and to set up a plan of treatment. She really cares about you actually achieving your goals and will offer ideas you may not have considered. In addition to monthly and standing specials, such as "Wrinkle Free Friday" (with savings on relaxants such as Botox), she offers customized discounts on pricing when you package multiple services which is fantastic. My results have been so wonderful, my mother went to see Dr. Kruger too! I would definitely recommend her to anyone. The *only* downsides with MetaGlow is that (1) because Dr. Kruger gives such personalized care with each patient, appointments can run late (so schedule a little more time than you think in your calendar because the wait is definitely worth it - this is not the "assembly line" type treatment you get at some other medispas - this is a beauty and wellness clinic) and (2) I wish Metaglow's website was more detailed on all the great services and specials offered or that they would start sending monthly texts or email alerts to patients with new specials and/or treatments.

I originally came to MetaGlow for IV therapy, but after consulting with Dr. Emma Kruger, we decided to pursue chemical peels and threading to address hyperpigmentation on my skin? Yes , I’m an African-American woman. Unfortunately, both treatments failed to deliver results. it was like nothing was done and she tried to stay that I need complete sessions, but I have to go back and look at receipts. All sessions were done except one because it Was a waste of time with no results. After calling the office for three weeks with no response and being told I had no records . I had to walk in just to try and get a copy of my medical records so I could continue treatment elsewhere. I was met with a dismissive attitude. Dr. Kruger stated she would email my records, but now, nearly a month later, I still haven’t received anything. Even more concerning, while I was in the office, I overheard her whispering behind a wall to Her front desk worker, and she was so timid, Tell her I would just email her whispering like I couldn’t hear behind the wall. I thought that was too funny.. And say out loud, I hear you😂 When I followed up again by phone, the front desk told me she was instructed to tell me that I would received the email but as of yet a month later, I’m still waiting. That’s such a violation ! Under HIPAA, patients have the right to access their medical records within a specific timeframe: And this is not being done. In my personal experience, this facility does not seem to cater effectively to African-American clients. The IV therapy may be fine, but I would not recommend any skincare treatments or aesthetic procedures. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and unprofessionalism were deeply disappointing.. After writing this I probably will never get the medical records . This may explain why her tunnel rate is so high you always see a different person when you go in. Frustrated and just want my medical records at this point.
