  I had my first of 4 iron infusions here today. The nurse did a great job with the IV and the infusion was comfortable. There was a scheduling mixup on the day of my appointment and Dr. Brovont personally called me to get me rescheduled and make everything right. I still got in same day and was able to be treated no problems. Everyone was so nice and attentive!

  Just had a ketamine infusion done here for the first time. I had done this previously a few years ago at a different place. this was a wonderful experience. The medical staff was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. They had music and headphones, eye masks, and red light therapy as well. I could not have had a better experience and I cannot wait to go back for the rest of my infusions! Thank you so much!

  I highly recommend Bloom for anyone struggling with iron deficiency. I’ve been attempting to seek care for this condition for over 1 year now and have been unsuccessful. I consulted with Dr. B and he reviewed my most recent labs and recommended IV iron infusions promptly. No time was wasted and he saw that I got treatment immediately! I’m so excited to finally have more energy and feel better. I could honestly cry (tears of happiness) to have the opportunity to experience life with enough iron in my body. There was no back and forth with insurance as the clinic is structured to cut out the middle man. The entire process was straightforward and transparent. The nurse was excellent and I felt no pain from the IV stick. Bloom provided a nice environment during the infusion and all staff were very attentive to my comfort throughout the process. Thank God I found this place!

  I came in for an iron infusion and the whole experience was great. You can tell Dr. Brovont really cares about his patients and wants each person to feel their best. I highly recommend this clinic.

  Prior to going to Bloom, I had been suffering for over a year and a half from a deep depression that no medicine seemed to help. I was desperate to try anything. My current psychiatrist suggested the nasal ketamine, but my insurance denied it several times. That's when I decided to seek out paying for my own. Bloom is an amazing place. The experience is top tier. Dr. Brovondt is down to earth and provides a calming atmosphere. The nurses are great and help to provide a unique experience. I was able to bring someone with me and the staff was very accommodating to them as well. I did 6 sessions and my depression feels more under control and not controlling me like it had been for so long. You can not go wrong with choosing Bloom. I will definitely be coming back if I need booster infusions and look forward to seeing all the wonderful people again.
