    I’ve been given strength and stretching exercises by my chiropractor at Capital Health that have helped me maintain strength and flexibility. My knees and my feet have improved with this extra attention. I even had a referral to Fitness Sports for new walking shoes. The shoes have been great. I no longer take daily pain medication with these simple changes to my routine.

    The entire staff has made this a flawless experience. I haven’t felt this great in years. Following the maintenance plan and my migraines have stopped. So thankful for Dr. Hartley and how he listens and hears my concerns and has helped me address everything!

    I had an excellent experience at Capital Health here in Des Moines. I came in with ongoing back issues and Dr. Chris Lorang treated me in the best way possible. He is professional, knowledgeable, and was genuinely focused on getting me back to feeling normal again. Thanks to my treatment, I was able to return to work with no issues and I honestly feel the best l've felt in months.
    It was also incredibly easy to get care through a VA referral, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Capital Health to anyone dealing with back pain or similar issues and definitely to any veteran that is unsure about the process with getting the care they need. Super easy and will 100% be my go-to as long as I live in DSM

    The establishment is amazing, all personnel are knowledgeable, helpful and cheery!! The PT Sarah and the owner are experts in their fields. Happy to be recovering from an ACL replacement surgery with these folks!
