    Wasn’t feeling well, so I came in to try IV for the first time. Nice atmosphere! Came in and used the first time package for the cold & flu IV.

    It seems indulgent, but it really makes a difference to be able to go in and “top off” with an IV or an hour in the hyperbaric chamber. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and competent. It’s a very relaxing environment.

    I can’t tell you how much this place has helped me! I absolutely love everyone who works here, Caitlyn, Michelle, Thomas, Lexi, Jess, Ruth, allllllll of the staff are fantastic. So knowledgeable and kind. They have helped me get healthy, stay healthy, and recover (hangover and surgery) faster! From IV to red light, compression, crying and more. They have it all and it’s so valuable. Than you all❤️

    I was very excited to try infusion therapy and based only on first impressions and customer service, l wouldn't step foot in the place again.
    Our appointment was at 9a the employees looked as if they arrived at 859a. Completely unprepared for the day and not ready to function for the work day. While receiving my infusion, the "nurse" wasn’t that informative about what my needs were and handed me a list of options and asked what I wanted.
    I was already ready to leave at that point but she already had me hooked up to the IV at that point. While receiving the infusion, the 2 ladies at the front desk were chatting so loudly about their night and how their evenings went, all very unprofessional and they were more engaged with each other than the clients. Very disappointed in the whole experience.

    Usually do IV drips. Staff changes regularly which makes hard to get confident with the nurses. However, management is really responsive and every time a problem arises they get involved and look for a solution. Haven’t try any other services.
