Shoutout to Amore the owner she flew from Chicago to the Alkaline World Tour in Columbus, oh. She showed up with a machine that helps to alkalize the body. I had a little stiffness in my shoulders, I did a 12 minute session on this machine and that fast the stiffness went away I highly recommend if you’re looking for a holistic approach to relieve pain or soreness in the body.

We met in Columbus Oh at an Alkaline event. I think she used the PEMF machine. I had sinus drainage and lost my voice. Placed the rings on my chest, i sat on 1 for my hip flexors and on my lower belly. 10 minutes and it loosened up my hips immediately i could squats, (which i can do, i was tight for a few day), and my chest and sinuses immediately started to drain.
