I’ve been a member at Restore Hyper Wellness for years (West Loop) and I can’t say enough good things about this place. The staff is always friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about their customers. They make every visit easy and enjoyable, and the service is consistently top-notch. I highly recommend Restore to anyone looking to invest in their health and wellness!

I was so happy when My Friend introduced me to this amazing wellness clinic. When you open the door, the reception ream and nurses are so welcoming, informed and supportive of your well-being. The team explained everything in detail and gave me a tour of the clinic. When I say they offer everything wellness…I mean everything. So happy after my first session. I just had to get a membership.

I had a very frustrating experience with Restore Wellness regarding the cancellation of my membership. In April, I requested to cancel my membership well within the required cancellation period. For nearly two weeks, I repeatedly contacted the location to complete the cancellation and was consistently told by the front desk receptionist, Hannah, that the manager would call me back. Each time I followed up, I was assured someone would contact me the next day, but I never received a single call. After nearly two weeks of trying to resolve the issue over the phone, I had to go to the location in person just to get my membership canceled. During that visit, I was given verbal confirmation by the manager that my membership had been canceled. When I expressed how frustrating it was that I had to come in after repeatedly trying to handle it over the phone, the manager told me they had been “so busy.” While I understand that businesses can get busy, I did not find that to be an acceptable explanation after weeks of unanswered requests. Despite receiving verbal confirmation that my membership had been canceled, I was still charged. That should never have happened. What is most disappointing is that this situation was completely avoidable. Had someone simply returned one of my calls or processed my cancellation correctly the first time, none of this would have happened. Based on my experience, the communication, follow-through, and membership cancellation process were extremely poor. I hope Restore Wellness improves its customer service and internal processes so future customers don’t have to deal with the same frustration.

The services are delivered by skilled professionals, and the facility is clean, well-maintained, and well-equipped. I highly recommend this wellness center to anyone looking for a rejuvenating and professional experience.
