    Got to try out the guest pass for an afternoon and it was great! Gunnar was super informative about all the processes and able answer all questions. Definitely need to come and check out if you need to upgrade your recovery processes! I tried out the Red Light, Compression Boots and PMF, couldn’t recommend it enough!!

    Spent the day at BPI and got to experience pemf mat, red light therapy, compression boot therapy, and sauna and cold therapy. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout. I had an incredible experience and enjoyed all that BPI had to offer! As a fitness instructor recovery has been so important and I will definitely have to make BPI part of my wellness routine.

    This is the place to go if you are a Biohacker looking to optimize your health. I pop in on a weekly basis for contrast therapy, PEMF & red light, and the occasional IV/Hyperbaric oxygen session. There is also a chiropractor in the same space!

    The staff is wonderful and knowledgeable on all the therapies and even provide research showing the efficacy of said treatments.

    I highly recommend this place to anyone who values their health.

    Absolutely phenomenal experience at BPi: BioPerformance Institute – CDA Resort Shops! This is hands-down the best wellness and recovery center in Coeur d’Alene. I came in for a full recovery session and was blown away by the professionalism, atmosphere, and cutting-edge technology they offer.

    From hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) and red light therapy, to the infrared sauna, NormaTec compression, and cold plunge contrast therapy, every service here is designed for peak performance and rapid recovery. Whether you’re an athlete, someone recovering from injury, or just want to optimize your health, this place has it all under one roof.

    Gunnar, the recovery technician, was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. He explained every step of the process, customized the session to my needs, and made sure I understood how each therapy works together to improve circulation, reduce inflammation, and speed up recovery. You can tell he genuinely cares about each client’s performance and well-being.

    The entire BPi team has created a professional yet relaxing environment that feels both high-tech and welcoming. The location inside the CDA Resort Shops makes it super convenient and easy to access.

    If you’re in Coeur d’Alene or the surrounding area and looking for the best recovery, wellness, and performance optimization center, BPi CDA is the place to go. I’ll be coming back regularly!
