I saw a special on Facebook for a facial and decided to try it. The atmosphere felt great when I arrived. Everything was clean and looked new. Everyone was very nice and pleasant. Near the end of my session she gave me a cold facial. I did not know what to think with the cold air hitting my face. After a while it became very pleasant. When the machine turned off I was ready to take a nap and was very relaxed. After I got in the car I started to notice that the wrinkle lines had become much weaker. My face looked younger and more plush. I am very happy and will come back. I did notice that they have monthly specials, which I may take advantage of at a later date.

I came w my dad to get pampered after seeing an ad on IG. We did the salt chamber, sauna, and plasma facial. Great facial by sidnei and breyunna! Definitely felt pampered and great customer service! 🥳

Amazing experience here! Everyone was so friendly and knowledgable. I did the Fire and Ice special for new clients - as a result I did cryo, sauna and a facial by a licensed esthetician (Ellie). I was talked through a personalized skincare regime. The products here even made me ready to switch my current medical grade products.

I love the Wellness package, including cryotherapy, salt chamber, infrared Sona compression therapy. I get six course services a month for just 149 which saves me $290 a month and I can cancel anytime. Mel is amazing and so sweet taking care of her clients. I especially love the compression therapy. I usually get a nap. It’s very relaxing. Also, the infrared wall is great and all these services would be quite expensive individually.

5 stars! Highly recommend. This is my new favorite place! My most recent facial was with Elie. She did a beautiful job, very gentle and relaxing. She friendly as is all of the staff. Also, very knowledgeable about health and skin/beauty. I learned a lot from her! Previously, Breyunna did a wonderful job with my facials. The owner, Michey is very pleasant and friendly.
The sauna is one of my favorites! So relaxing and you don't get drippy sweaty which is nice. The colored chakra lights are really neat and soothing.
My favorite is the cryotherapy, bc it WORKS!! I did it at first for novelty, but after only 2 sessions, I could tell it was working. It crushes inflammation, which is responsible for almost all diseases, including diabetes. Inflammation raises insulin. Insulin stores fat! I have insulin resistant PCOS. I make too much insulin. So, this is perfect for me!
My stomach started growling daily through out the day, and I'm on Tirzepatide which is an appetite suppressant . That means, cryo has sped up my metabolism!! For the past 3 months, I've been tinkering around the same weight. Cryo, kicked my weight loss back up. Scale's going down! Supposedly, cryo is supposed to make you sleep. However, this past week I had really bad insomnia. Why? Cryo increases T3. That's your thyroid hormone that speeds metabolism. I know from experience, if I take a supplement that increases growth hormone (GH increases T3), I should not take my thyroid meds that day or it will give me severe insomnia. This insomnia is from my thyroid speeding up! If this cryo cures my hypothyroidism and I can get off Armour Thyroid, I will be a customer for life!!
Cryo burns 500-800 calories per session!
“Whole body cryotherapy has been shown to decrease TNF-a and IL-2 pro-inflammatory cytokines. (10) By lowering these pro-inflammatory cytokines, auto-immune dysfunction in the thyroid is reduced and normal hormonal secretion of T3 + T4 may be induced. “
