I have been going to the Biohack lab consistently the last 4 years throughout my entire collegiate tennis career and they have always helped me recover, avoid/heal injuries, perform my best and enjoy the sport I love. Special thanks to the Fort Lauderdale location and specifically Rania who is an expert in this field and someone I trust to answer any question about health and wellness!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this wonderful wellness place for red light therapy, cryo therapy, and lymph drainage services, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed! From start to finish, the experience was incredible, and I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking to improve their overall health and wellness.
The red light therapy was particularly effective in helping to reduce my chronic pain and inflammation, while the cryo therapy session left me feeling rejuvenated and energized. And the lymph drainage treatment was the perfect way to round out my experience, leaving me feeling light, refreshed, and fully restored.
But what really made my visit memorable was the exceptional service provided by Carolyn and Victoria. They were both incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, offering helpful advice and guidance every step of the way. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond in ensuring my comfort and satisfaction really made all the difference in my overall experience.
All in all, I would give this wellness place a glowing review and would confidently recommend their services to anyone looking to improve their physical and mental wellbeing. Thank you once again to Carolyn and Victoria for an amazing experience! -

The Biohack lab in Fort Lauderdale is the place to be! After my service, I feel relaxed and so much healthier! The customer service is top-notch and they make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in! Not to mention, but each service is better than the next! If you want self-care, bio hack lab is the way to go.

I went to The Biohack Lab on a lark because I had a great deal of pain in my legs from a ton of tennis and was told they could help. Matt, Rania, and Sasha were amazingly accommodating, friendly, informative, and professional.
The atmosphere and environment is fresh and architecturally beautiful. The Biohack Lab has every conceivable piece of equipment and technology in this sector of the market. I tried the cryotherapy, red light therapy, some sort of electro stimulation, and the Ballancer Pro compression therapy. The first three were great. But, showtime completely belongs to the Ballancer Pro compression therapy. Amazing. It was the most relaxing 45 minutes I've had in a long time. To make it even more relaxing, I was provided headphones for meditation. But these weren't ordinary headphones. These headphones, called Brain Tap, incorporate a series of subtle blinking lights to enhance the experience. I was also provided special mineral-infused water in a glass bottle (not plastic).
If you are in need of relaxation, pain management and eradication, or weight loss, I recommend you run, not walk to The Biohack Lab. -

Had a great visit to the Biohacklab in Miami, and found the treatments (cryo, red light, sauna and IV) as well as the data on body mineral score super helpful!
