Rachel at Restore Hyper Wellness made a strong impression with her professionalism and depth of knowledge. Although she works within the skincare department, her expertise in cryotherapy was evident. She took the time to explain the process thoroughly, answered questions with confidence, and ensured I felt comfortable and informed throughout the experience.
What stood out most was her ability to step outside her primary specialty and still deliver a high level of service. That level of versatility and client care is rare and speaks to both her training and commitment to excellence. She brings a polished, knowledgeable presence that elevates the entire experience.

I had the absolute best time getting a facial by Alex! Everything was so clean and orderly and truly felt like the most relaxing space. Alex was so professional and even accommodated me in the bed to a more up right position due to me being in my 3rd trimester. The facial itself was so relaxing and cooling. My face and skin reacted very nicely to the facial and felt so clean and smooth. I will definitely be booking another appointment in the future, especially with Alex, as I had such an amazing time! I recommend to anyone that is looking for a high quality facial!

Rachel is absolutely amazing! She gives the best facials ever. From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel comfortable and taken care of. She’s knowledgeable, attentive, and truly passionate about what she does. My skin always feels refreshed, glowing, and so much better after seeing her. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and pays attention to every detail. I always leave feeling relaxed and looking amazing. I’ve been coming to Restore for many months for cryo, red light, compression and IV therapy and really liked it, but today got my first facial with Alex and I LOVED IT!! The facial and the massage were absolutely amazing, super complete, super relaxing, Alex is very professional, caring and delicate. Totally recommend it and for IV Emma is the best!

I was very unsure of doing the cryotherapy but I am so glad I did. I came in for weekly treatments for a month including a B12 shot. The staff was always friendly, knowledgeable & very helpful. Over the course of my treatments I did not change anything else- diet/exercise. At the end of the trial period I had lost 4 pounds. After each session I felt more energy throughout the rest of the day & days after. I look forward to trying other treatments Restore offers & continuing the cryo & B12. Highly, highly recommend.
