Dissappointed. On the phone I was told medical records were needed and a review before scheduling. I was clear in why HBOT was needed given my mothers diagnosis. Explaining the timeframe treatment was needed for. After going through the headache of getting the records faxed I was unable to reach anyone for days. When they finally answered their phone I was told due to my mothers diagnosis they would not accept her. I understand not accepting for certain conditions and fully support a buisness having that right. However, clear communication up front should occur. My mother has been recieving HBOT regularly with no issues. She is moving to the area and we were coordinating her care. This misscommunication has caused a disruption in her treatments. Requirements and disqualifications should be given up front.

Exceptional staff! Very nice, large and clear chamber. Watch tv while you “dive”. Caring people. Technician well experienced, I feel very safe and relaxed there. Office manager helps with insurance and works to be flexible to accommodate your schedule. If you need HBOT it’s a wonderful place to go.

It is frustrating when you see a practice in May and it's almost August and you haven't had treatment yet. Carol sent me an email in June saying she had my approvals and was waiting on one form. I have emailed her, since I am a cancer patient with no vocal cords and can not call, and she hasn't replied in 3 weeks There are better places
