From day one, he made sure we received the intensive care and attention we needed, always prioritizing our well-being and making the entire process as smooth as possible. I also want to recognize Tori, Jared’s assistant, who was consistently responsive to my calls and text messages. She kept us informed every step of the way and ensured we were always updated regarding our appointments. The entire staff deserves recognition, including Carlos—the only other name I can remember—but truly, every single team member was outstanding. I would like to leave a big positive review for the Hyperbaric Oxygen Treatment Center in Midtown! The entire team here has been absolutely incredible — from the front desk staff to the specialists administering the sessions. My experience has been amazing from start to finish. I was a little nervous in the beginning, but they immediately calmed my fears and made me feel completely safe, comfortable, and in highly professional hands. A huge shoutout to Jonathon, the Head Leader Tech, and the Dream Team Jared Ivan, Andy Garcia, Emilio, Carlos, and all the other techs I had the pleasure of meeting throughout my treatments. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly take wellness to the next level. Also, a very special thank you to Kate, the main administrator, for always giving me such a warm welcome, along with Jessica and Tori at the front desk — so personable, friendly, and professional every single visit. I am so grateful for the care I received at this HBOT center. After a double mastectomy and removal of 20 lymph nodes, my surgical wounds were not healing properly and were worsening, which significantly delayed my urgent cancer treatment. HBOT was highly recommended by my doctor as a last-minute hope because a treatment deadline was rapidly approaching. Before treatment, I felt extremely tense, stiff, and very vulnerable, with tightness and limited movement in my chest and upper body. From the beginning, the staff were professional, knowledgeable, kind, and always carefully monitored my sessions. They were patient with me and did their best to accommodate my schedule as it changed often. The facility is extremely clean, high-end, equipment medical-grade care. I began to notice real progress. By around my 18th session, I felt something “unlock” in my chest and regained movement I hadn’t had since surgery, which brought me to tears. Soon after, my wounds became noticeably smaller. The sessions did make me tired, but it felt good knowing rapid healing was happening. I even looked forward to coming in and seeing the staff who became familiar and supportive faces during my recovery. I highly recommend this center for anyone considering HBOT, especially for post-surgical healing. The care, professionalism, compassion, and flexibility truly made a difference in my recovery. I did close to 40 sessions and I’d do more if I could.

I highly recommend Hyperbaric Medical Solutions in the Design District. I started treatment the day after my surgery and I believe the hyperbaric sessions played a major role in my recovery. My plastic surgeon recommended them and I am grateful he did. Jared and his team are very professional, caring, and genuinely welcoming. I truly believe these treatments helped prevent ischemia-related complications and significantly improved my healing. I am so thankful for the care I received and for the positive impact it had on my recovery!

I received HBOT treatment here after experiencing SSHL. The team here was so great and accommodating. As time is of the essence in SSHL treatment, they were able to fit me in immediately while they worked with my insurance to sort out the details. I received 20 sessions which meant I was at the center 6 days a week for nearly 4 weeks. The team there is very professional and clearly well-trained on safety protocols. I felt very cared for during my treatment. They are also highly personable and friendly, you build a rapport with them very quickly, so it was bittersweet when treatment ended!
