Delaware Hyperbarics

My husband experienced a complete tear of his Achilles tendon. He is extremely active and has a high-performing job, so helping him heal in less than the “standard” timeframe has been a top priority for us. I reached out to Delaware Hyperbaric just a couple of days before his surgery, and Steve was incredibly helpful. He took the time to educate us on the many benefits of HBOT and explained the importance of starting sessions immediately after surgery and continuing them in the days that follow. The entire team has been amazing. They have truly gone above and beyond to accommodate schedules that work best for us. They even offered to stay late on the day of his surgery to make sure he was able to get a session in, which meant so much during an already stressful time. My husband is only two weeks post-op and still in a soft cast, but I’m already so grateful for the care and support we’ve received. I’m looking forward to coming back and updating this review once we see the full timeline of his recovery and how much of a role HBOT played in it!

Delaware Hyperbarics is heaven on Earth! From the warm greeting I received when I walked in, to the cleanest and inviting waiting room I ever saw, and the best massage I ever had, I highly recommend this place to my friends and family! Not having a massage before I didn’t know what to expect, and Liz made me feel comfortable and listened to my body issues and focused the session on those areas. I had a myofascial release massage and Liz took her time explaining ways that I can stretch and massage at home and the anatomy and benefits of taking care of those areas, while she was giving my massage. If you never had a massage before this is the best place to go! I left feeling amazing as my aches and pains went away, I felt more energized, and wanted to share my experience with others!

I would highly recommend Delaware hyperbaric. I went for a massage with Liz post knee surgery. She took the time to listen to all of my concerns before beginning. She was able to identify issues in other areas of my body that had developed as a result of compensating. She was able to address those issues and I had a lot of relief as a result. She is great at her profession and is great at identifying issues. I highly recommend working with Liz. I also went into the hyperbaric chamber after my massage to help reduce the surgical inflammation and help with healing. I felt great after being in the chamber and slept through the night for the first time in 2 weeks as a result of having less pain. The difference was noticeable immediately and the next day.
