Horrible care and communication. They'll claim they're ready to bring you to the infusion area where you'll assume your infusion might be ready sometime soon. Do not get your hopes up, they'll dump you in a chair and ignore that you exist for an hour and a half while the pharmacy doesn't send meds. No communication to the patient, no one trying to get the pharmacy to actually do their job. If you need an infusion go somewhere else. To hospital management, work on your people's communication skills and figure out why the pharmacy is allowed to be so useless and lazy

My wife recently had to get a 7-3 job in order to help us pay for an apartment. This is the closest infusion center that takes my insurance. We had an appointment for about 2 weeks now to which they waited till today (day of) to cancel because they don't feel like being there for my wife to get her medication. My wife needs her medication to literally stay alive. Sorry my wife is such an inconvenience. Pay our rent and we can try to he more convenient for you..

I am moving and need to change infusion centers. I have left several detailed messages over the last few weeks. My drug company has too. No one has EVER called back. What’s the problem with this place?????????

Jen, Sarah and the rest of the RN team here are all wonderful and very attentive to my Dad's needs. Excellent and compassionate care here as an outpatient just like on the 7th floor as an inpatient.
