Perhaps this is a good facility for hormone testing but definitely not for primary care if you have other concerns. I have had to state numerous times after filling out paperwork what I needed. I wanted to go here for a holistic look at my health because I’m having problems. Sarah Mellin referred me to three different doctors (with a fourth option) if that doesn’t work out. I didn’t feel like there was any consideration into a holistic approach. Every time I call in or ask a question they don’t remember why they are seeing me (read your notes). I think this is a hormone therapy facility… NOT a primary care facility. If you are looking for primary care go anywhere else.

Everyone who’s considering seeking treatment here should be aware that the front desk staff is unorganized and not attentive enough to be working with patients. It completely diminishes the experience of the actual doctors and that’s a real shame. I called a month ago and asked to have an in-person appointment so I could get blood work done at the same time. I arrived to my appointment today, which, to my surprise, was a phone appointment. I tell them I asked to have an in-person appt because I’m supposed to do blood work and then they say I can’t do both appointments in one day. Why wouldn’t you tell me that when I’m making the appointment to begin with? Unfortunately, this is now the 4th or 5th time of me attempting to give this place any grace because I’ve had to call multiple times to remind them to order or refill a single prescription, after asking them multiple times previously. We’ll see how things go over the next 30 days, but I frankly don’t have the patience, time, or desire to micromanage my own doctor office AND give you my money/use my benefits here every month. Train 👏 your 👏 staff 👏 . Literally the only thing saving this from being a 1-star review are the doctors.

I purchased with my package some HGC which is not covered by insurance. You get 5 months for 365.00. The first few weeks they were out of HGC and I only went for a total of 5-6 weeks. The office manager would not refund my money for the the remanding 18 weeks of HGC, but I was more than welcome to come in and get my weekly shots.

Instead of just returning 300.00 or whenever the math came out to be, they would rather bill my insurance for a visit.

I stopped going due to some research and it was always unorganized chaos. One week I would be in and out and the next would be an hour wait.

I would recommend getting into a home self administered micro dose that you do several times per week.

The receptionist is completely incompetent and doesn’t listen to what you say. Tried to tell her I had 3 different Insurance companies. And all she heard was VA and then got completely confused and only wanted to use VA although we were not going to be using the VA. Very incompetent doesn’t listen not somebody you’d want answering the phone for your company Understand What the client is trying to say.

This place is a joke! I came here for holistic healthcare and they can't seem to get their act together. After complaining to the President (who also appears to be the provider's husband), we were dismissed from the practice for being "rude and impatient". In his response (which is attached in the photos), he says we didn't inform them of our insurance change, which is 100% a lie because my husband had a phone appt on 4/15 where he was told that they could no longer be our primary care provider due to our insurance change and they would now be charging us the "specialist" rate. They don't call prescriptions in in a timely manner and their staff is incompetent and a bunch of liars.

I also found out that his (President David Jones) medical license is expired as of 2013 as per the state of Colorado .
