  I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Valerie and her colonic services. Not only is she incredibly compassionate, but her professionalism, warmth, and deep knowledge of the body and holistic health is amazing and I feel I leave each visit learning more and more ways to improve my overall health. As someone who was new to colonics, it can definitely be a very vulnerable process, but Valerie's calm energy immediately put me at ease.
  
  I also did not realize how powerful and transformative the colonics themselves were. After my very first session, I noticed immediate improvements in my digestion, energy, and mood. I got to my car after my first visit and thought "Wow, I feel lighter, more vibrant, and more in tune with my body than I have in years. It’s as if a fog has lifted." Now that I have been a client for over a year, I could not imagine my life without Valerie and her services. Would highly recommend!

  Finding Valerie thanks to a Google search, has been the best thing that has happened to my husband and I. I had had a colonic before, years ago in Austin, TX. My experience back then, compared to what Valerie offers here in the springs, is unmatched. She is kind, clear, careful and truly has an evident passion to help you feel better. We came here initially inspired to of course, clean our colons. But this has provided much more than that. It gives you energy, you feel more balanced and if you stay consistent; you will notice how much you need to invest in therapies like this. We have seen Valerie 3 times now, and we plan to see her monthly because again, the benefits are many! Thank you, Valerie for the work you are doing here in the springs!

  So grateful to have found Valerie and all that she offers through her facilitation of the woods gravity method colonic. Colonics have changed my life. She is beyond knowledgeable, a wonderful mentor, and she is full of compassion. She has been a vat of knowledge in preparing me for her service upon first meeting and has continued to be an amazing support in this journey. The service she offers is so personal in ways a review cannot even begin to have the space for. She is with you every step of the way and is an amazing support throughout the session. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a clean, natural way to support deep cleansing that honors your body’s natural timing of movement and release .

  I wanted to say that the hyperbaric chamber is so much more comfortable than the smaller ones I’ve been in with other practitioners. You can sit up inside! HBOT lessens anxiety so much. I felt more mentally clear and super relaxed after the session. The environment is clean and welcoming and the staff is wonderful and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

  Absolute health game changer! I cannot express how inspired I am knowing I have a path through Valerie and Restorative Colonics to get my body clean and free of all the waste I have put in my body over the years. My first colonic with Valerie was so eye opening and Valerie makes you feel extremely comfortable and at ease with such a personal service. After two colonics I feel so much lighter, cleaner, and way more energy. My journey with colonics is just beginning and I am so grateful it is beginning with someone who has given her life to this providing this amazing experience and service.
