Robert and Tara are absolutely wonderful people and were so informed about HBOT and its health benefits. They were also flexible and accommodating with me around scheduling my HBOT sessions which I so appreciated. I went for pre and post surgery sessions and I believe it really helped my body to be ready for the surgery and then to recover from it. The last time I had a similar surgery I had recurrent infections, but this time no infections! Tara and Robert are in the business to help others after experiencing the benefits themselves . . . I’ve previously done Hyperbaric chamber before at a Chiropractor’s office which really helped my back. So I knew when I was going to have a double mastectomy (diagnosed with breast cancer) with reconstruction that I wanted to bring the benefits of HBOT into my healing and recovery journey. I first went to a Hyperbaric company that had many 5 star reviews, but I didn’t like all the bells and whistles their business had or the price point for all those bells and whistles. They had a nurse who would take your blood pressure and vitals before going in and after, that was not the experience I wanted (especially with all the medical appointments I already was having). I also didn’t want to go back to the chiropractor’s office I had gone too because they didn’t seem very attentive and the vibe wasn’t very welcoming. Enter finding Rejuvenation Hyperbaric Oxygen, I knew instantly this was the place I was going to pick for my cancer healing journey. It’s a small owned company run by a husband and wife duo. They care deeply about their own health issues as well as others who are dealing with their own health issues, especially life altering diagnosis’s. They were fully trained to run the Hyperbaric chamber, I felt safe, I felt relaxed, I felt warmly welcomed, and it was in a location easy for me to drive too! They also went the extra mile for me after my surgery, which I will talk about below. As far as my recovery went, I was part of a women group who all went through a similar diagnosis and surgery. After surgery I felt I was hitting every milestone on time or before the others. To it was the extra oxygen I was getting that made such a positive impact on my recovery. After surgery getting into the hyperbaric chamber was the only time I didn’t feel any pain. I used my one hour time slot in the HBOT chamber to also meditate while I was in, so it was completely healing body and soul. I have recommended this company to many who are facing a difficult diagnosis or those who are preparing for a large surgery and I will keep doing so. Robert and Tara are outstanding people, they work with you to make sure you get the care you need, and they go the extra mile to make sure you are cared for. After my intense surgery they even sent me a whole care package to help me during recovery. Their genuine care and generosity completely caught me by surprise! I will never forget my experience while in their care and I’ll continue to recommend them to others! Couldn’t recommend them enough!
