I chose to do LILLT after I was told that I was going to need surgery on my lower back. I informed my doctor that I wanted to do low
intensity laser light therapy to see if I could avoid that. I started the end of February. Last week, I went back to Pilates, I’m hiking and back to about 90%. Do your own research, but check it out. Great staff, numerous applications for things from eyes to Alzheimer’s. It’s not voodoo, it’s science. I’m a firm believer. -

I developed chronic tennis elbow in 2020 and it was starting to impact my ability to play tennis as often as I would like. I went to Peak LILT as I had used their Low Intensity Laser therapy earlier in 2020 to speed up the healing of my incision after hip replacement and it was helpful. I wasn't sure if could heal something chronic, but was pleasantly surprised that my tennis elbow issue cleared up entirely after multiple sessions of LILT. I am currently going in for LILT for severe planter fasciitis in my left foot and am getting the same results. I am so thankful that Peak LILT offers their specific type of LILT as it has really helped me stay active and doing the things I love to do!

Peak LiLT gave my shoulder a new life! I had a tear in my labrum as well as full tears of all of my rotator cuff tendons. A surgeon had recommended that surgery was the only option for a full recovery as some of the tendons had pulled away from the bone and would not heal on their own. Being a PT, I actually agreed, but I was unable to do the surgery as I was starting a new job at Peak Performance and having my dominant arm in a sling was not an option. So when I first started working at Peak Performance, I tried the LiLT treatments in combination with doing my PT exercises. After about 2-3 months, my shoulder was pain-free, I had full range of motion, and full strength. I could ride my mountain bike and throw a ball again for my dogs without any issues. Basically I had (and still have) full 100% recovery, without having had any surgery! Thank you team LiLT - for giving me back full use of my arm again!

I have had two different very successful light therapy courses of treatment. I had a knee replacement and I started light therapy about eight days after surgery; I healed so quickly that I was able to fly to Florida one month after surgery and walked beaches and swam every day while I was there. I had remarkably little scarring. I also broke may pelvis and tore one of my hip labrum. This was very painful until I started light therapy. My pain was greatly decreased after two sessions and I was completely healed after ten sessions.

I received light therapy treatment for my lower back pain and at the end of my program I am at 95% pain free. The staff at Peak Performance Physical Therapy and Peak LiLT treated me with great respect and they are true professionals. I attribute my recovery to the light therapy, and you should give it a try.
