We’ve been super impressed with Ascent. We have been seeing Kenna for Firefly treatments and from the start, the treatment itself is relaxing and easy. But the results are what really stand out, especially for reducing inflammation and improving how I feel overall. Kenna is outstanding - extremely knowledgeable, takes the time to explain everything clearly, and truly cares about her clients. Highly recommend.

I’m a middle school athlete and came to Ascent Adaptation for recovery from sports. I used the stem cell patches and did Pulse sessions for lower back pain, and it helped a lot. I felt less sore, my back felt better, and recovery was way easier after practices. Cynthia was really nice and made everything easy to understand. I’d definitely recommend Ascent Adaptation to other athletes who need help recovering!

I had an amazing experience at Ascent Wellness Center getting a Firefly treatment for gut health with Kenna, and I can’t recommend her enough! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, calming, and inviting. Kenna was incredibly thorough in explaining the entire process and the benefits of the treatment, which made me feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. She’s super knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely sweet, you can tell she truly cares about her clients. The experience was seamless and relaxing, and I left feeling great. Kenna is an absolute must if you’re looking to get a Firefly treatment done!

As far as practioners at Ascent, Kenna Limp is truly exceptional. From the very first interaction, she is warm, easy to talk to, and incredibly generous with her time and knowledge. She doesn’t just run the Firefly—she understands it at a deep level and knows how to explain it in a way that actually empowers people.
Her expertise is obvious, but what really sets her apart is her leadership. Kenna is the kind of person who elevates everyone around her. She’s thoughtful, thorough, and genuinely invested in helping others succeed—not just as clients, but as practitioners and professionals. That level of integrity is rare.
Ascent is incredibly lucky to have her. Kenna represents the best of what this industry should be: knowledgeable, ethical, supportive, and forward-thinking. I would recommend her without hesitation to absolutely anyone—whether you’re brand new or deeply experienced.

I can’t say enough good things about Ascent Adaptation and Regeneration Center! The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to walk you through the different technologies and modalities they offer. I’ve tried BioCharger, CVAC, the LightStim red light bed, facial red light therapy, NanoVi, Pulse PEMF, the InBody scan, Sonix vibration, and more — and I’m continually impressed by the results and the quality of each experience.
What really sets Ascent apart is that they offer the highest-end versions of every type of technology. It’s amazing to find all of these cutting-edge modalities in one place, and they complement each other beautifully. The facial red light, in particular, has made a noticeable difference in my skin — it’s glowing and more even-toned after just a few sessions.
If you’re looking for a place that takes recovery, performance, and wellness seriously while also making you feel completely taken care of, Ascent is it. Highly recommend!
