This is such an intentional space with the kindest staff. You walk into HH and are instantly greeted by front desk staff that is friendly and welcoming. What started out as a potentially intimidating experience was made comfortable by knowledgeable staff sharing how the Hyperbaric tank works and assuring us that at any point we could each them on the walkie talkies. The first few minutes took adjusting as the tank becomes pressurized but once the oxogen started flowing I felt at ease. The 60 minute session passed quickly as I focused on breathing and free of distractions. I left the tank and woke up the next morning feeling refreshed and a bit more relaxed. I know the results vary and it’s not a one time thing but I’ll be back!

The entire staff is exceptional! Each person we met and worked with was professional, extremely courteous, caring, comfortable, and so helpful. The minute you walk into Holistic Hyperbarics, it feels relaxing, healing, and comforting. You are embraced by excellent people, a very compassionate and dedicated owner and doctor who truly focus on your health and well-being better than any other place. Every health related facility should operate and offer such talented, impressively caring and well trained professionals with a true holistic health experience like Holistic Hyperbarics! I've been accompanying my friend to his treatments here for over a year now, I’m actually a little embarrassed to have waited this long to leave a review. I can only speak to my experience as a guest, but the relationship they have with clients is professional, warm, & friendly. Plenty of seating available, a water station with napkins, some snacks, a massage chair! The surrounding neighborhood is nice too, great coffee, empanadas, a taco track, a green space, dispensary, all within walking distance... I really can’t talk about this place without restating just how great the staff are. Above & beyond to anyone who walks through the door, client or not, which means a lot to anyone who might not get an abundance of that elsewhere. The owner, Alex (pictured), is a dang super hero. You’re probably reading this review knowing more about the science behind this treatment than I do, so I can’t tell you anything you don’t already know – BUT I can tell you that since treatment started, my friend’s stroke recovery has come on gradually, but not insignificantly. He was told he would never speak again - hadn’t much time left. Two years later, he began speaking again. Four years after that & sensation & movement are continuing to improve in his face, mouth, & leg. If you’re deciding between where to go, I have a bias - clearly - but pick this one. If you’re looking to write something promoting business owners in the Bay, well you wouldn’t be the first, so be the next one. This is a beautiful Bay business, & I wish there were more like it.

Hits different. Alex and the team are pure pros that know the art of moving minds and the science of pressurized oxygen. I came for the body benefits, I left with a mind expanding experience. The spacial design highlights the duality of their expertise. The lobby is warm and welcoming, then you are transported to a clean, totally dialed medical facility. Do it once, and you’ll do it again.

Holistic Hyperbarics make taking care of yourself feel like a spa like vacation. Even during some of the scariest times of my life I never felt like I wasn’t in a facility where I couldn’t be relaxed and calm. They provide snacks, lemon water and fresh towels. There is a decompression room for after the chambers and Netflix inside the chambers. On February 20th I had a branch artery occlusion and was told to come here for treatment. What I didn’t know is that I would be welcomed with the most amazing staff and the best care i’ve ever received. Alex and the staff are truly some of the best people i’ve met and the chamber did wonders for me and my journey. I can’t recommend this place enough for people going through any health challenges. You will be welcomed, taken care of, and most importantly your voice matters here! Love this place so much and will forever hold a special place in my life.
