I absolutely love Optimyze! I really appreciate all of the different modalities they offer and the variety of ways to support your health and wellness. A special shoutout to Courtney—she is so welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable. She always makes you feel comfortable and well taken care of, and her expertise and genuine care make her such an asset to the business. I highly recommend Optimyze, and especially appreciate having someone like Courtney there to make the experience even better!

Had an excellent experience at Optimyze Tempe. Corral provided exceptional customer service and truly went above and beyond to take care of my buddy and me during our recovery session. She shared a lot of helpful information about the treatments and how they can support performance and recovery, which we really appreciated. We also showed up a little later than planned, and she was incredibly accommodating with our schedule and still made sure we had a great experience. The whole visit felt welcoming, professional, and focused on helping us feel our best. I’d highly recommend Optimyze to anyone looking to improve their recovery and overall wellness. We’ll definitely be back.

Great place overall—I really enjoyed my time here. The wellness center has a calm, relaxing vibe, and everything felt very clean and hygienic, which made the experience even better. Koral was amazing—very welcoming, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain things clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout. This place is a life saver. PEMF, biocharger, and Optimyze’s compression - sauna - cold plunge circuit have me recovering from hard workouts and minor sprains faster than I ever knew possible. And the VIBES!! Such a gift of an oasis. Not to mention the awesome community of friendly (and incredibly grounded and interesting) regulars. Cat was an absolute superstar. She is the reason this experience went from great to unforgettable. I had the chance to try PEMF, the BioCharger, and their full recovery circuit—compression, sauna, cold plunge, jacuzzi, and more—and every single part was next-level. You can tell this place is designed with total wellness and recovery in mind. I walked out feeling completely recharged, refreshed, and honestly like a new person. If you’re anywhere near Tempe (or even if you’re not), this is a MUST. And if you get the chance to work with Cat—consider yourself lucky! I will absolutely be back the next time I’m in Arizona. Hands down one of the most incredible wellness experiences I’ve ever had.
