Great spot, the ultra violet sauna was really good. I feel amazing afterwards. Private and comfortable. No annoying people opening and closing the door on you. I strongly recommend you to come.

This place is a life saver. PEMF, biocharger, and Optimyze’s compression - sauna - cold plunge circuit have me recovering from hard workouts and minor sprains faster than I ever knew possible. And the VIBES!! Such a gift of an oasis. Not to mention the awesome community of friendly (and incredibly grounded and interesting) regulars. Thank you, Optimyze, for being the “third place” we all want and need.

Koral was AMAZING at explaining everything and was very knowledgeable about everything Optimyze offered. All the treatments were so awesome! I slept 7 hrs straight and woke up with lots of energy. My favorite place for recovery! Walking in here for me the first time was like walking into a whole new world of health care. I walked out feeling revitalized and alive in a totally new way. Today I just ran the Mesa Marathon and Wally was right there to greet me and support me in recovering my legs. I walked in hobbling and when I left I could walk again. The compression boots and hot tub were what my body was craving today but the cold plunge is what really did the ultimate trick. Love this place. The other therapies they have really do speak to health and wellness in a whole new way. So grateful to have them in my neighborhood. Great people. Great service. Revolutionary care.
