This was our first visit to the wound care clinic.
Very impressed from making the appointment to the end
The staff were all so efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. They left us with confidence knowing we are in good hands as we work through the healing process.
In fact the entire hospital was a pleasure to visit. The front desk didn't just point us in the right direction. They walked us back to the wound care department.
Thank you to the team.. WKG -

Everybody at the Scottsdale wound clinic is so thoughtful, nice and kind. They remember me from 2 years ago when I had an accident and it was comforting to know they were there to gently take care of the new wound that happened. Thank you very much for your care. I know I’m well taken care of.

Love this wound care. I have been receiving treatment here going on a month now & they jumped right into the issue with my left leg and on my 3 visit I saw a huge improvement so I am looking at maybe 6 more months of treatment here!!!! A+ I would recommend this place to anyone that lives in or near Scottsdale Az. I go to their Family practice as well which is about 1 mile from where I live at now & I have no plans on going to any other practices the are in both great finally after searching for almost 4 years not even kidding!!! A ++ Thanks a lot for your service

This facility was difficult schedule with. They required a referral, even though I have a PPO insurance and two other facilities in the area did not require such a referral
I went there for two separate appointments, one week apart . When I arrived each time, it was noticeably dirty, not clean. I thought that was very unusual.
During my first appointment, they debriefed a Wound and left my toes bloody and did not clean it up after or bandage Them in a way that would be acceptable in a Wound care setting.
The first provider I saw last week tried to quite aggressively take over all my care. He referred me to a podiatrist On staff that I saw Yesterday, this provider was confusing and rude. When he asked a question he wouldn’t listen for my response, interrupted me each time. Basically told me what my answer was didn’t listen for what my answer was. It was very intimidating and uncomfortable.
It became obvious that he had predetermined how he wanted the appointment to go. He was very manipulative in the way he spoke to me.
I did not get what I needed or wanted, and I thought this experience was top on the list of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever encountered in a Healthcare setting -

I had an excellent first visit there. The nurses and MA's are amazing and so easy to talk to. They really listen to what your issue is and note everything down in your chart. They are great 😃👍
