AZ Wound Care is the BOMB! The staff is fantastic! Natalie is so nice and she listens and answers all my questions with verbage I can understand. They were gentle with my wounds on my legs and understood that I have ZERO tolerance for pain. They don’t rush to try and get you out. They do a very thorough job of cleaning and wrapping my legs. The only issue I had was that it’s 30 miles one way from my home. But it is WORTH IT!! I don’t want to go anywhere else. I definitely recommend this place if you have any kind of wounds on your body! They are very professional. Safety is their highest concern and I appreciate that. My experience is they are very punctual, kind and always asking how I feel. I would recommend them to everyone. I had a question for Rich and he immediately shared it with Doctor Dhillon. Before I got in the tube my question was answered. Shoutout to Alex and Rich.

Jen, Charles and Dr Dhillon are all very knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. I’m in a wheelchair, and they always try to accommodate me the best they can. I love the Christian music they play everyday. They are working with my insurance to get my wound healed.

I was a problem child from the start having a wound that was not typical and having other complications. I will admit to being frustrated during my 9 months of treatment, but Kelsey, Dr. Dhillon, Jen, all the techs (Ricardo and Natalie are the two names I remember) stuck with it and eventually their guidance and care led to my healing. Dr. Dhillon worked with my autoimmune care team to coordinate care, which involved a lot of phone tag, but for which I am grateful. I also can't forget to mention Devin at the front desk, she provides the best service in person and over the phone, whether it is getting you scheduled or checked in and out. I would recommend this team if you need wound care, they will take care of you, even if you are a problem child.

Their solution for foot swelling & s small leg wound was to wrap up both legs toe to knee. This would have left me without shoes and totally immobile. I refused. Saw a PA not a Dr. Not very professional. I cancelled any future appt. And won’t be back. My Dr. will find someone better.
